Summary

We're seeking a motivated Remote Candidate Coordinator to serve as a primary point of contact for prospective candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process. You'll communicate with applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate recruiting records while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a collaborative remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective candidates using company systems.
• Conduct introductory qualification calls.
• Schedule interviews with recruiting and hiring teams.
• Provide interview confirmations and follow-up communication.
• Maintain candidate records in CRM and recruiting software.
• Support recruiting projects and hiring campaigns.
• Meet daily productivity expectations.
• Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and smartphone.
• Comfortable learning recruiting software.
• Previous recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently.
