What You’ll Do Host scheduled virtual consultations with veterans and their families via Zoom Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing support Maintain accurate digital documentation while following compliance standards Participate in weekly training sessions, development meetings, and leadership workshops Your focus remains on supporting families—the client appointments are scheduled for you.
