What You'll Do As a Remote Client Representative , you'll work directly with clients who have requested information regarding their benefits and coverage options. Client Support Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations through Zoom and phone appointments Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options Review existing policies and explain available solutions Assist clients with enrollment paperwork and benefit updates Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support Build strong, long-term client relationships Maintain accurate client records and documentation Professional Development Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs Attend leadership development workshops Collaborate with a supportive remote team Continue developing communication, customer service, and leadership skills Learn industry products, systems, and best practices What We're Looking For Successful candidates typically possess: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities Self-motivation and personal accountability Attention to detail and organizational skills Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of results Helpful Experience (Not Required) Experience in the following areas is beneficial: Customer Service Client Relations Retail Hospitality Healthcare Sales Administrative Support Account Management No prior insurance experience is required.
