About the Role As a Remote Client Solutions Consultant , you'll combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales. You'll meet virtually with individuals who have already requested information about available benefit programs, educate them on their options, and guide them through the enrollment process. This is a relationship-focused position built on trust, education, and personalized service—not high-pressure sales tactics.
