Position Overview As a Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll work directly with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits, complete enrollments, and receive exceptional ongoing service. This role combines customer service, relationship management, and professional growth in a collaborative remote environment.
