🎯 Job offer: Swedish-Speaking Remote Sales Closer

We're looking for a driven, reliable closer to join a client's 1:1 coaching business. All sales calls are in Swedish, with warm inbound leads coming from a recurring webinar, no cold outreach.

About the offer

The client currently can't take all his own sales calls, so we're looking for one or multiple closers to take on a portion of them.

The details

• Offer price: 14,400 SEK
• Commission: 10%
• Current offer revenue: 300,000 SEK/month
• OTE (full-time): 35,000-50,000 SEK
• Lead flow: Warm inbound leads from webinar
• Call volume (full-time): ~200 booked calls/month, 150 live calls/month
• Hours: Swedish time zone, part-time or full-time, flexible schedule

What we're looking for

• Reliability and consistency: You show up every day, hit your KPIs, finish your EOD reports, don't disappear, and proactively flag anything that comes up.
• Coachability: Willing to follow the process, take feedback, and get a little better every day rather than doing your own thing.
• Initiative: Proactive, always looking for ways to improve, not passive
• Belief in the offer: You need to genuinely believe in what we're selling. We'll walk you through the funnel, results, and customer journey so you truly understand the transformation we create. Closers who care about the outcome close more deals.
