Remote, Contract-based Georgia Employment Litigation Attorney Opportunity – Hearing/Deposition Coverage – 5+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified and dependable Georgia Employment Litigation Attorney . Remote work hours will vary but are expected to start at approximately 5+ hours per week . Candidates must be willing to attend in-person hearings, depositions, and other proceedings in Georgia as needed. Attorney Responsibilities: Attend hearings and depositions Take and defend depositions Review case files before appearances Assist with case strategy Communicate with clients and supervising attorneys Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery as needed Conduct legal research Help keep cases moving forward Attorney Requirements: Licensed and in good standing in Georgia 5+ years of litigation experience Employment law experience Deposition and hearing experience Willing to handle in-person appearances Strong research and drafting skills Responsive and dependable Organized and able to meet deadlines Able to work independently Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour .
