🏡 Qualified Residential Property Lawyer (5+ PQE) | Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time

I'm currently working with a well-established law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing Conveyancing team

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE who enjoys handling a traditional residential conveyancing caseload and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.

The Role:

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle a range of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a proactive and responsive service throughout the transaction
• Work closely with a supportive and experienced conveyancing team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures while meeting billing and service targets.
