Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Success Specialists
. In this fully remote role, you'll work with current and prospective clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments, provide exceptional customer service, explain benefit options, and help clients make informed decisions about protecting their financial future.
Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, education, administration, or sales, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Guide new clients through the enrollment process.
Provide outstanding customer service and ongoing client support.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Develop personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
Respond promptly to client questions and follow up as needed.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
Build long-term client relationships through trust, professionalism, and exceptional service.
