About the Role:
Anytime Fitness in Aberdeen, WA is looking for a motivated and friendly Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, helping members get the support they need from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist current and prospective members with account questions, billing, and membership information
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Support club staff with administrative and member communication tasks
Promote Anytime Fitness services, programs, and membership options
Follow up with members to ensure satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computers, CRM software, and basic office tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude
Interest or background in health, wellness, or fitness is a plus
