Inside Sales Agent / Appointment Setter - Medical Spa Patient Booking (Remote)

Clinic Surge is a fast growing patient acquisition agency working exclusively with medical spas and aesthetic clinics across the US, UK and Ireland. We are looking for a warm, driven and detail focused Inside Sales Agent to call and book new patients on behalf of our clients.

This is not a cold, robotic call centre role. You will be speaking with people who have already put their hand up and enquired about treatments like Botox, fillers, body contouring and skin treatments. Your job is to call them fast, build genuine rapport, answer their questions, and get them booked in. When you do it well, you are the reason a clinic has a full calendar and a patient finally books the treatment they have wanted for months.

What you will be doing

Calling new patient enquiries quickly, often within two minutes, while their interest is at its peak. Building rapport and understanding what each patient wants. Qualifying patients and educating them on the treatment they enquired about. Taking deposits and booking patients directly into the clinic's calendar. Following up consistently with anyone who does not book on the first call, over several days, until you reach them.

What we are looking for

-Previous experience in medical spa, aesthetics, beauty or a related field is strongly preferred. If you already understand this world and the language patients use, you will thrive here and stand out immediately.

You should also have:

• Fluent English or B2 level and above, spoken and written, with a warm and clear phone manner.
• A naturally personable, upbeat personality. People should enjoy talking to you.
• Excellent listening skills and genuine attention to detail.
• The discipline to follow a proven process and step by step instructions.
• A quiet space to work, a good quality headset, and two screens (BONUS).
• A stable internet connection of at least 20mbps download and 10mbps upload, plus reliable electricity.
• Good knowledge/experience with software such as Go High Level ( CRM ) or similar

Shifts

All shifts are in Eastern Time. 5AM-10PM

Once you are hired and given a shift slot, that becomes your permanent slot.

You will work the same days and times each week, so reliability and commitment matter.

Pay

$5 to $6 USD per hour depending on experience, plus uncapped performance bonuses.

Our top performers earn well above the base because the better you book, the more you make.
