Remote Customer Support Specialist | Dutch-Speaking

We're looking for Dutch-speaking team members to join a major European e-commerce platform. Whether you're already in Greece or planning to relocate, we'll support you every step of the way. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll assist customers with their online shopping experience. From resolving inquiries to providing guidance on orders, you'll help create an effortless and enjoyable journey for every user. Your Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat in a helpful, friendly and professional way
• Answer questions about orders, deliveries, returns, payments and account settings
• Handle complaints with patience and care, always aiming for the best outcome
• Use internal tools to document interactions and follow up as needed
• Take part in a paid training so you're fully prepared to succeed

What You Bring

• Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Good English (at least B2) for internal communication
• Either already living in Greece or ready to relocate
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
• Open to working in shifts, including weekends
• A proactive, independent work style and strong communication skills
• A friendly, solution-oriented mindset, you genuinely enjoy helping people

The Offer

• A 100% remote job from anywhere within Greece
• Monthly base salary of 1.300 € gross (14 months)
• Productivity bonus of up to 15% of your gross salary, based on hitting your targets
• 450 € gross bonus on completion of your training
• Relocation bonuses of 450 € gross each after 4, 8 and 12 months with the company (1.350 € gross in total over your first year)
• For relocators: flight costs covered plus 4 weeks of paid hotel accommodation in Athens to help you settle in
