We are looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Digital Marketing Specialist to join our entrepreneurial, innovative, and rapidly growing global team. Working closely with our CMO, you will play a central role in developing and delivering Craze's performance digital marketing strategy - driving new player registrations and building brand awareness for Craze across all key digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CMO to further develop and deliver Craze's performance digital marketing strategy, driving new player registrations and brand awareness across key digital channels.
• Lead and grow Craze's affiliate programme, working with a 3rd party to negotiate and manage CPA and revenue-share deals with affiliate partners to drive quality player registrations.
• Plan, implement and manage search and display advertising campaigns across gambling, crypto and other specialist high-risk-vertical ad networks.
• Identify, build and manage relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and registrations.
• Manage Craze's social media presence and campaigns across TikTok, X, Telegram, Facebook and Instagram.
• Build and manage Craze's presence within community platforms such as Reddit and Discord, engaging with players to build trust and brand reputation.
• Own the blog content strategy, producing content that supports SEO and organic growth.
• Develop and execute on-site and off-site SEO strategy to grow organic visibility and registrations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Marketing, CRM, WebDev, UX, Compliance and more on digital projects.
• Utilizing analytics and data to improve digital performance marketing strategies.
• Manage and report on digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
• Prepare and deliver key digital marketing reports and plans to the CMO and senior leadership.

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an all-round, performance-focused digital marketing role - more senior candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Essential: previous experience working in the iGaming or online gambling industry.
• High level technical and working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing.
• Experience planning and managing Search & Display advertising campaigns across specialist, high-risk-vertical ad networks (e.g. gambling, crypto).
• High level technical and working knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing and Community Management.
• Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles, with experience driving organic growth.
• Familiarity with relevant web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics/GA4) and performance marketing/attribution tools.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics & analytics (e.g. CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate).
• Understanding of gambling/iGaming advertising compliance and responsible marketing requirements is highly advantageous.
• Team player that actively contributes to development of the team.
