What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Recommend personalized solutions based on each family's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and support.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.
Ability to obtain any required state insurance license.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
