What You'll Do
As a
Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent
, you'll build relationships, educate members, and provide outstanding customer service while developing valuable leadership and sales skills.
Primary Responsibilities
Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
Evaluate clients' needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and policy support.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance standards.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
