176489 Remote Epic Application Analyst Aurora, CO 4 Months Sigma, Inc. is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to work remote for Children's Hospital Colorado Shift: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Remote Position: Yes Responsibilities Essential Functions Analyze and diagnose complex system issues; identify root causes and resolve or escalate appropriately Plan, design, implement, maintain, optimize, and support applications Gather, validate, and translate complex technical requirements into design and development specifications Collaborate with clinical users and IT teams through evaluation, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance Address highly technical issues during installation and maintenance Coordinate preparation, coding, testing, and debugging of complex programs Design, analyze, and build workflows to meet user needs Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software solutions Gather and analyze data to troubleshoot incidents; document process and resolution Document design, application, and technical specifications; assist with support and training materials Identify reporting needs and collaborate with report developers Partner with vendors to resolve system issues and improve performance and usability Recommend system improvements to vendors Review documentation for upgrades and monthly system updates; assess impacts Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 end-user support Mentor team members on technical and customer support skills Act as project lead for complex initiatives Participate in on-call rotation as required Scope & Level Guidelines Broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within specialization Complexity Broad, complex duties requiring advanced organizational and specialty knowledge Decision Making Independent judgment with authority to escalate high-impact or complex decisions Communication Communicates complex, interpretive information using discretion and independent judgment Supervision Limited supervision with high independence; supported by lower-level staff as applicable Requirements: Experience 5+ years Epic build experience Willow IP Certification (required) Willow Inventory (preferred) Certifications: Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician preferred, not required Required Certifications Willow IP Certification Willow Inventory (preferred) ​
