What You'll Do As a Remote Family Benefits Consultant , you'll serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking information about available benefits and coverage options. Client Service & Benefits Education Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone Connect with clients who have requested information about available benefits Learn about each family's needs, priorities, and coverage questions Explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options clearly Answer questions and provide professional, personalized guidance Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation Review existing coverage and discuss available options when appropriate Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation Relationship Building Strong client relationships are an important part of this position.
