Remote Fraud Call Center Representative Location: Remote – Must reside in Puerto Rico Pay Rate: $12.10/hour Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday Job Summary: We’re hiring a Remote Fraud Call Center Representative in Puerto Rico to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Proficient in English Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
