As a VJE, you will assist our customers in finding the perfect gift for any holiday or special occasion, build meaningful relationships with customers and host personal shopping appointments. You will offer our customers expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services. Present merchandise and services: Showcase our merchandise online, sharing detailed information about each item’s features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a seamless and delightful shopping experience. Support Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce Build Relationships: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude.
