Remote Call Center Representative Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Paid time off is accrued after 180 days of employment. Health benefits, medical, dental, and vision is available on the 1 st of employment. Fully work from home. You must successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of Nesting. You cannot miss a day of training. Hours of Operation: 24/7 to include weekends & holidays. Production schedules will be assigned during training and will be 2 hours up/down from training time. As we operate 24/7, you will be expected to work weekends as part of your regular schedule. About the Call Center Representative role: Provide exceptional customer support for claims, debit card issues, and website navigation Assist with commuter orders, eligible expenses, and balance inquiries Handle HSA contributions, distributions, and account setup Support tax form inquiries and profile updates Manage 30–40 calls per day while navigating multiple systems A few questions you may be asked : I need to submit a reimbursement request; can you help me with that? This is my first time logging in to the portal and I need my password reset. Can you help ? I need assistance navigating your website, can you assist? Requirements for Remote Call Center Representative: Successfully complete customer service assessment & typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices). High school diploma, GED, or college degree. You must have 6 months of customer service experience. C omplete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance. Great problem-solving skills Ability to effectively multi-task Flexibility to work weekends & holidays. M anage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems. Success ful completion of a background check is required for this position, which includes education and previous employment verification (you may be asked to provide proof of each). Equipment and workspace requirements: We provide all the equipment. (Computer, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Headset, Ethernet Cord, Power Cables) You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed (you may do a quick check through https://www.speedtest.net/ ) You must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet. (Ensure the available connection meets the minimum bandwidth requirements to perform your job function. Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable . You Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace. (Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area).
