Remote Human Resources Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Human Resources Manager. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while driving HR initiatives that support our company's growth and culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.Oversee employee onboarding and training programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues.Conduct performance management processes and provide feedback to employees and managers.Manage employee relations and address grievances effectively.Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and metrics.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.Knowledge of HR systems and databases.Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Nice to haveExperience in a tech or start-up environment.HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).Familiarity with performance management software.
