Job Responsibilities: Help consumers find the “right” insurance plan for their needs Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text Quote & sell personal and commercial insurance policies Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency What Traits Are We Looking For? Great Communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice Self-Driven: you know how to get the job done and don’t need to be micromanaged Work Ethic: you either have it or you don’t...at Switch you need to have it Tech Savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick “digital” learner A Pulse: that’s just a little test to see if you’re still paying attention Requirements: Active Michigan Insurance License (Property & Casualty) At least 2 years experience in an independent agency setting COVID-19 Precaution(s): Remote interview process This position will allow you to work in our office or remotely. This is a remote position. Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
