You earn a setter's fee for every appointment you book that closes. Weeks 1 to 2: you complete our training program on structured call blocks six days per week, running our sales framework. After training: you pass a recorded pitch assessment, then book and close your own deals on our structured draw model, based on a points program, plus full commissions and residuals on your closes. Licensing An active health or life license (any state) is preferred, but not required to apply. Not licensed yet? You can still apply, but you'll need your home state license before training begins (most people complete it in 1 to 3 weeks). We also have systems in place to help you get your future state licenses faster for those who do not yet have the 5-10 state licenses needed for the sales stage of training.
