You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers while developing valuable recruiting operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Contact applicants to confirm interview availability.
• Conduct basic pre-screening conversations when needed.
• Coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
• Update interview statuses within recruiting software.
• Maintain organized applicant records.
• Meet daily scheduling and coordination goals.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple calendars and deadlines.
• Reliable home office equipment and internet.
