Remote Itinerary Management Coordinator

Itinerary Management Coordinator (Remote) We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Itinerary Management Coordinator to help clients plan memorable travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you'll coordinate travel arrangements, manage reservation details, and ensure every itinerary is accurate and ready before departure. If you enjoy organization, customer service, and working independently in a flexible environment, we'd love to hear from you. Comprehensive training is provided, so previous travel industry experience is not required. Responsibilities Create and organize personalized travel itineraries for vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and group travel Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences Review booking confirmations and travel documents for accuracy Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and provide planning updates Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options that meet client needs Monitor reservation changes and keep itineraries up to date Maintain accurate digital records and client information Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the planning process Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment Comfortable learning new technology and online systems Customer service, hospitality, scheduling, administrative, or planning experience is helpful but not required Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Passion for helping others and creating positive customer experiences Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible countries within Latin America (LATAM).
