About the Role:
Anytime Fitness in Shelton, WA is looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in a remote capacity! Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day business operations remotely for the Shelton, WA location
Communicate with members, prospects, and staff via phone, email, and digital platforms
Assist with membership inquiries, billing questions, and account management
Coordinate scheduling, administrative tasks, and internal communications
Help drive member engagement and retention through outreach and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and data entry using club management software
Support marketing efforts and social media coordination as needed
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office or CRM software
Customer service experience preferred
Passion for health, wellness, and fitness is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
