Remote Junior Front-End Developer Role

As we continue expanding across global markets, we're looking for a Junior Front-End Developer to join our fully remote team. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious developer who is passionate about building modern, responsive web experiences and eager to develop their technical skills while working alongside experienced designers, marketers, and developers.

What You'll Do

Front-End Development

• Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly websites for healthcare, medical, and wellness clients.
• Transform UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable, and reusable front-end code.
• Build landing pages, websites, and digital marketing assets that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver high-quality web experiences.
• Support SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance-driven website improvements.
• Participate in project discussions and contribute ideas to improve user experience and functionality.
  
  

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow accessibility, usability, and modern web development best practices.
  
  

CMS & Website Management

• Assist with maintaining and updating WordPress websites and other CMS platforms.
• Implement new pages, templates, content updates, and design enhancements.
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Test websites across multiple browsers and devices to ensure consistent functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end bugs, layout issues, and UI inconsistencies.
• Support ongoing website maintenance and improvements.
  
  

Continuous Learning

• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and actively learn from senior developers.
• Continuously improve coding standards and development workflows.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Experience

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, personal projects, or entry-level professional experience.
• Experience building or contributing to live websites or web applications is an advantage.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development principles.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar is a plus.
• Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices for front-end development.
  
  

Tools & Technologies

• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design collaboration tools.
• Basic knowledge of website performance optimization and cross-browser testing.
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript tooling and build processes.
