Summary

We're seeking a Remote Lead Support Specialist to assist with outbound lead engagement by contacting prospective customers, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments. You'll help keep our sales pipeline organized by maintaining accurate records, following up with leads, and ensuring every customer interaction is handled professionally. This entry-level remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer communication and wants to build a career in sales, recruiting, or customer success.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through outbound phone calls.
• Qualify leads using established guidelines and scheduling criteria.
• Schedule appointments for interested and qualified prospects.
• Update customer information, call notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Conduct follow-up calls to re-engage leads when appropriate.
• Follow company scripts, outreach procedures, and compliance standards.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Assist with additional lead support and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused phone presence.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to learn CRM software and internal systems quickly.
• Previous experience in customer service, lead generation, appointment setting, outbound calling, call center operations, recruiting, sales, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to develop professionally.
