Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor client progress. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed for client care. Support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. Active LCSW license in the state of California (required). Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. At least 1 year of experience post-licensure preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
