Job Description What You'll Do Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance. Conduct phone and virtual appointments with prospective clients. Identify clients' needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions. Educate clients on available coverage options. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline. Set and manage your own appointments and daily schedule. Maintain accurate client and sales records. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. Work toward personal and team goals while maintaining a high level of Requirements What We're Looking For Must be currently licensed to sell life insurance OR willing to obtain a life insurance license. Full-time commitment and availability. A go-getter mentality and strong desire to succeed. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do. Coachable, driven, and willing to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent follow-through and time-management skills. A strong work ethic and willingness to do what it takes to reach your goals. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required .
