Role Description The Remote Marketing and Sales Consultant will design and execute marketing and sales strategies that promote A Life You Design’s programs and services. In this remote role, the consultant will identify and engage prospective clients, deliver consultative sales conversations, and guide them toward offerings that fit their goals. Typical activities include conducting discovery calls, nurturing leads through email and social channels, and tracking pipeline activity and conversion rates. The consultant will collaborate with the team to refine messaging, provide feedback on program positioning, and contribute to content ideas that resonate with the target audience. The role also involves monitoring client satisfaction, gathering testimonials and insights, and ensuring a positive, values-aligned experience throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting skills with experience in consultative, needs-based selling and solution recommendations.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, including the ability to build trust, follow up consistently, and support long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt to different audiences.
• Consulting skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and guiding clients through decision-making and change.
• Experience with digital marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM tools is highly beneficial.
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Background in coaching, personal development, or online education is a plus.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business, or related fields preferred.
