We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for current or former Devoted Health Medicare Advantage members aged 64+ who are interested in contributing their real-world healthcare experiences to a short research study. This study focuses on understanding Medicare Advantage member experiences across plan enrolment, benefits, member support, and everyday healthcare interactions. Selected participants will complete a brief online survey combining multiple-choice questions with short voice-recorded responses. The insights gathered will support research into improving how AI-powered healthcare tools understand and serve health plan members.
