We are looking for an experienced Meta & Google Ads Expert to help us hunt and generate service-based clients in the USA, Canada, and UK markets.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns
Develop and manage Google Search Ads campaigns
Focus specifically on B2B/service-based lead generation
Target business owners and decision-makers in the USA, Canada, and UK
Research high-intent keywords, audiences, competitors, and offers
Build lead-generation funnels and retargeting campaigns
Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads, not just clicks or traffic
Track CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, and overall campaign performance
Continuously test ad copy, creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages
Must Have
Proven experience generating service-based/B2B clients through paid advertising
Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Previous experience targeting USA, Canada, and UK customers
Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
Ability to identify profitable audiences and keywords
Experience with tracking, analytics, retargeting, and conversion optimization
Must be able to show real previous results/case studies
Ideal Candidate

We need someone who understands how to find businesses that need a service, reach the right decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and turn paid traffic into actual clients.
