What You’ll Do Answer inbound calls from donors Follow structured scripts and campaign procedures Accurately enter donation and pledge information Confirm donor and transaction details Navigate computer systems while speaking with callers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality This Is Not a Sales or Solicitation Position All donor calls are strictly inbound. Requirements Applicants must have: ● A high school diploma or GED ● At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience ● Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills Before servicing, contractors must have: ● A Windows 11 computer ● At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended ● A USB headset with noise cancellation ● Wired high-speed internet Benefits ● Contract rates generally range from $13–$15 per hour ● T his is a 1099 independent-contractor opportunity , not a traditional employee position
