We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Nurse Practitioners with strong expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education. This role focuses on reviewing clinical content and healthcare workflows across realistic patient-care scenarios. Selected professionals will assess clinical assessments, treatment plans, medication decisions, and patient education materials for diagnostic accuracy, guideline alignment, clinical reasoning, and overall professional quality. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis Evaluate clinical assessments for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate interpretation of patient information Review differential diagnoses and diagnostic reasoning across acute, episodic, and chronic conditions Identify overlooked clinical findings, unsupported conclusions, and inappropriate diagnostic assumptions Assess whether proposed diagnoses are consistent with available history, symptoms, examination findings, and test results Apply practical judgement grounded in advanced nursing practice Treatment Planning Review treatment plans for clinical appropriateness and feasibility Assess whether proposed interventions align with the patient's diagnosis, presentation, and care needs Evaluate sequencing, follow-up, monitoring, and escalation recommendations Identify missing considerations, contraindications, or inappropriate treatment choices Review management approaches across both acute and chronic care scenarios Medication Management Evaluate medication-related decisions for clinical soundness Review drug selection, dosing considerations, monitoring, and treatment adjustments Identify potential contraindications, interactions, or inappropriate prescribing decisions Assess whether medication recommendations align with the clinical scenario Evaluate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment options where relevant Patient Education & Communication Review patient education materials for accuracy, clarity, and clinical usefulness Assess whether instructions are appropriate for the patient's condition and treatment plan Identify confusing, incomplete, or misleading health information Evaluate communication involving medication use, follow-up, warning signs, and self-management Ensure complex clinical information is presented clearly and appropriately Guideline & Clinical Reasoning Review Assess whether clinical recommendations appropriately reflect established standards of care Evaluate diagnostic and treatment reasoning against relevant clinical guidance Identify inconsistencies between stated findings and proposed management Distinguish material clinical issues from minor documentation differences Apply experienced judgement when more than one reasonable clinical approach may exist Comparative Clinical Evaluation Compare alternative clinical responses or care approaches Assess outputs based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness Identify meaningful differences between stronger and weaker responses Evaluate whether recommendations are safe, practical, and professionally defensible Provide clear reasoning supporting evaluation decisions Structured Evaluation & Feedback Review clinical work products for accuracy and professional quality Identify substantive diagnostic, treatment, medication, and communication weaknesses Provide concise, evidence-based written feedback Apply evaluation standards consistently across assignments Maintain strong attention to patient-care context and clinical detail Ideal Profile 4+ years of relevant professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner or closely related advanced practice nursing professional Experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) , or similar advanced practice clinician Active RN licensure with specialised graduate education in nursing Demonstrated experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illness Strong experience with clinical assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education Ability to evaluate diagnostic reasoning and clinical recommendations critically Strong understanding of evidence-based care and clinical practice standards Strong written English communication skills Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback Engagement Details Part-time independent contractor engagement Fully remote Availability of 20+ hours per week Immediate start Initial project duration of approximately 4–6 weeks Compensation: $60–$100/hour for hourly project work The initial assignment is task-based; contributors who successfully complete and receive approval for their first task may then qualify for hourly work for the remainder of the project Work includes evaluation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, medication decisions, patient education materials, and related advanced-practice nursing scenarios Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on project needs and performance Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, patient, or other third party H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
