Summary

We're hiring a professional Remote Phone Screener to conduct first-round conversations with job applicants, determine basic qualifications, and coordinate interviews with recruiters. This role plays a key part in ensuring candidates receive a positive hiring experience from their first interaction.

Work remotely while developing valuable recruiting and communication skills through structured training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Complete 150–250 candidate screening calls each day.
• Ask structured qualification questions.
• Explain available positions and hiring expectations.
• Schedule interviews for qualified candidates.
• Record applicant information accurately in recruiting software.
• Meet productivity and quality standards.
• Attend virtual coaching sessions.
• Support recruiting operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional phone presence.
• Reliable internet, computer, and mobile device.
• Comfortable following structured interview guides.
• Previous recruiting, call center, customer service, or administrative experience is beneficial.
