If you can build prototypes and strategize a productroadmaps, speak fluently to both engineers and clients, and turn a first conversation into a long-term relationship, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Own the product lifecycle end-to-end — from discovery and roadmap definition through iteration based on client and market feedback Lead client conversations from the first pitch through onboarding and into long-term account management Translate client needs and business goals into clear product requirements, working closely with development teams and AI assistance tools. Represent the value of the product in a consultative way — educating and advising rather than pushing . Build trusted, ongoing relationships with clients that drive renewals, expansion, and referrals, not just an initial sale . Proactively check in with existing accounts to catch issues early, manage expectations, and surface new opportunities Gather and prioritize feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, and users to continuously shape the product direction Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product management/product ownership — defining roadmaps, prioritizing a backlog, and collaborating with dev teams Proven experience in a client-facing role involving business development or sales, with a consultative, relationship-first style A track record of retaining and growing accounts over time — not just winning new business Native or near-native English fluency, spoken and written Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable working within a distributed, remote, global team across time zones Bonus: Sales experience Experience dealing with US clients The Secret Ingredients That Make Us Special: Your growth is our growth.
