Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Remote Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while managing policy administration, client accounts, and insurance documentation using the Applied Epic insurance management system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry, strong proficiency with Applied Epic, and the ability to process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, payments, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment while maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and delivering outstanding service to clients and insurance carriers. Key Responsibilities: Gather and process Property & Casualty (P&C) client information. Manage client accounts and policy records using Applied Epic. Service existing customers and respond to policy and coverage inquiries. Set up new insurance policies and process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals. Email insurance certificates and other policy-related documents. Process payments, cancellations, and cancellation notices. Review and verify policy information for accuracy and update client records in Applied Epic. Follow up on missing client documentation and monitor pending policy transactions. Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain policy information, endorsements, underwriting documentation, and resolve policy-related matters. Maintain accurate electronic client files and ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance documentation standards. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Proficient level of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates. Experience using Applied Epic insurance management software is required. Previous experience working in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Hands-on experience with Applied Epic software. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management). Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach. Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows. Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision. Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
