We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Property Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Operations / Quality Assurance team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and enjoy making sure things are done correctly and to a high standard, this role could be a great fit for you.

🏠 About the Role

As a Remote Property Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for remotely monitoring and verifying that properties scheduled for cleaning are properly prepared and meet CleanerPlace Malta’s quality standards. You will review video submissions from cleaners, identify any issues, coordinate corrections, and provide final approval before cleaners are cleared to leave the property.

🔑 What You'll Do

• Monitor properties scheduled for cleaning and track progress in real time.
• Review video submissions from cleaners after each completed clean.
• Verify that beds, towels, linens, amenities, and property setup meet required standards.
• Check that property-specific instructions have been properly followed.
• Communicate with cleaners to request corrections or additional footage when needed.
• Provide final approval once the property meets all quality requirements.
• Document quality issues, corrective actions, and completed inspections.
• Escalate recurring or significant issues to the Operations Manager or Zone Lead.
• Help identify recurring quality concerns and opportunities for process improvement.

• Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and make objective decisions.
• Comfortable working structured shifts in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Property Management, Property Inspection, Customer Service, or Operations is an advantage.
• Experience with short-term or vacation rentals is a plus.
