Remote Recruiter

Job description: ***Fully remote position for bilingual candidates who live in the United States*** CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a sharp, motivated, self-starter to join our winning team remotely! The job is available to start immediately. No previous recruiting/staffing experience required. Construction industry knowledge is a plus, but not required. Pay Structure: $45,000-$50,000+ base salary PLUS: Uncapped commission earnings Two raises in the first year $500 bonus at 6 months Responsibilities: Calling upon applicants daily. Interview, screen and qualify potential applicants. Use independent judgment to determine the best applicants to represent CCS. Match the best candidates with client's expectations and requirements. After selecting the candidate to fill the order, instruct, train and orient candidate on CCS' policies and expectations about the particular assignment. Supervise and appraise the productivity and efficiency of the applicant through follow-up and quality control checks. Qualifications: No previous staffing/recruiting experience required. Fluency in English and Spanish. Willing to learn. Must have positive attitude and ambition to grow in staffing and recruiting. Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software. Must have a commitment to excellence.
