POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION: DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS Job Summary: The Recruiting Coordinator performs quality assurance for candidate biographical documents and inputting these documents into our internal system. Helps coordinate with leadership and will be assigned different tasks as needed. Will help with designing and improving overall recruiting strategies. Responsibilities: Coordinates with the recruiting team to ensure the accuracy of documents collected Facilitates personnel deployment by responding to recruitment needs, ensuring candidates meet contract requirements, and communicating current application status, as appropriate. Updates records as appropriate, to include affiliation records, clearance records, and training records. Manage or assist in managing the administrative workflow and day-to-day activities of a work unit. Administer and troubleshoot other databases, update websites/SharePoint sites; run reports; perform database clean up tasks. Assist with planning, scheduling, organizing meetings, conferences and off-sites; may participate in meetings and events, serving as a recorder; may brief or present routine administrative support related information. Required Qualifications: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (this includes administrative duties, data entry, QA/QC, and records management). Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Experience in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel & SharePoint). Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Must possess U.S. Citizenship Ability to pass background check Physical Demands: The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
