SUMMARY:

As a Remote Recruitment Consultant, you will help connect prospective candidates with available employment opportunities by conducting high-volume outreach, initial phone consultations, and candidate screening. You will learn about each applicant’s background, communicate relevant position information, identify qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct 150-250 candidate outreach and screening interactions daily using provided candidate information and CRM tools.
• Contact prospective applicants and introduce available employment opportunities.
• Conduct professional phone consultations to understand candidate experience, communication, attitude, and general suitability.
• Clearly explain position details, expectations, requirements, and next steps.
• Evaluate candidates according to established recruitment and qualification criteria.
• Identify applicants who meet the initial requirements for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, consultation notes, call outcomes, and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow established recruitment scripts, communication procedures, and candidate screening workflows.
• Complete additional recruitment and candidate support tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Professional and confident telephone communication style.
• Ability to build rapport and understand candidate needs during initial conversations.
• Ability to accurately assess candidate attitude, communication, and experience over the phone.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions each day.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Primary and secondary internet connection and electricity required.
• Computer and mobile device required.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, consulting, customer service, sales, or call center work is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience following an English-language script is a plus.
