What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients to review benefit options and identify their needs
Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow within the organization
Track activity and maintain accurate client records
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client interactions

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
