Remote Sales Representative — US Clients | Paid in USD | Multiple Openings

What this is

BridgeWay connects skilled LatAm professionals with growing US businesses in home services and the trades — roofing, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, pest control, and more. These companies have leads sitting in their CRM that nobody is working, and they need people who know how to bring them back to life.

We have multiple openings across different accounts and industries, and we're reviewing applications on a rolling basis.

What the day looks like

• You're on the phone. This is a phone-first role — outbound calls, warm and cold, not email sequences
• You follow up by text. Short, human messages that start a conversation instead of getting ignored
• You leave voice notes that get callbacks — personal and warm, not scripted
• You work leads other people gave up on. A lot of the opportunity here is in quotes that went quiet, and figuring out what the real hesitation was
• You sell on value. These companies charge premium rates because they deliver quality and reliability, so the conversation is about that, not about discounts
• You connect with homeowners fast. Energy and reading people well matter more than a perfect script
• You keep the CRM updated and hit your weekly activity targets

What we're looking for

• Fluent, confident spoken English — this is the one thing we can't train
• Experience talking to customers on the phone: sales, call center, customer service, or anything client-facing
• Comfortable writing your own follow-ups — texts, voice notes, messages
• Reliable internet, a working computer, and a quiet place to take calls
• Availability during US business hours
• Coachable, competitive, and consistent. The people who do well here are the ones still following up when everyone else has stopped

No degree required. No trade experience required — we'll teach you the industry.
