[Remote] Senior Full Stack Developer (Back-end leaning)

<Expectation for the role>

As a Senior Web Developer (Full-Stack), you will work directly with the CTO and assist across both backend and frontend as needed. Remaining key features include:

• Solve ambiguous real-world problems with high technical autonomy
• Collaborate with the founding team and customers to shape the product roadmap & designs
• Find creative ways to iterate and deliver value

<Must Have Requirements>

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in Typescript
• Experience with React with Radix Themes components for Front end
• Experience with Remix (Node.js) with Prisma ORM (Postgres) for Back End
• Proficiency in AWS with CDK
• Are product-minded, curious, empathetic, and care about the user experience
• Have experimented and used AI as part of your coding practices
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with developing AI applications, and ability to design system architectures
• Language: Working-level proficiency in English.

• Front end: React with Radix Themes components

• Infrastructure: AWS with CDK

<Note>

• This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, but it will be structured as contractor work.
• Devices: You will be expected to use your own computer to perform the work.
• Sole Employment: No second job is permitted.
• Willing to work in Pacific Timezone
