They are a fast-growing outbound sales agency based in Cape Town, working with ambitious businesses across industries to build and run their outbound sales function - handling everything from prospecting and cold calling to booking qualified meetings that convert. Their Setters are the engine that drives everything.

The Role

The client is looking for a driven, resilient, and determined Remote Setter to join the team. In this role

you will be making outbound cold calls on behalf of multiple clients, booking qualified meetings

with decision-makers, and consistently hitting activity and performance targets.

This is a fully remote role. You will be working across a portfolio of clients - meaning every week brings variety, new industries, and new challenges. If you are someone who thrives on the phone,

handles rejection well, and is motivated by uncapped earnings, this role was built for you.

What You Will Be Doing

• Making high-volume outbound cold calls on behalf of clients
• Qualifying prospects and booking a minimum of 10 attended meetings per week
• Managing your own pipeline and keeping CRM records up to date
• Learning each client's offering quickly and representing them professionally on every call
• Hitting weekly and monthly KPIs consistently

What We Are Looking For

• Someone who is comfortable on the phone and genuinely enjoys the process of cold calling
• Resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage their own time effectively in a remote environment
• A fast learner - you will be representing different clients across different industries and need to
• pick up new material quickly
• Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and able to hold a conversation with senior
• decision-makers
• Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience is preferred but not required if you can
• demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic
• Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection

Compensation

You will be paid a basic salary between R10 000 - R20 000 (based on experience), and commission per attended meeting booked.
