Remote Support Engineer - M365 Specialist

Pacific IT Support is looking for a part time remote support level 2/3 engineer to provide support to our client base in our two locations (Maui, HI and Bellingham, WA).

Responsibilities

• End User Support
• Backend System Configuration
• M365 support
• Azure support
• Assist with client projects
• Managed internal projects

Knowledge and Experience

• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
• Watchguard firewalls
• Ubiquiti Unifi switches and APs
• A+, Net+, Server+ or equivalent certifications or experience
• 6+ years working in complex IT environments
