Summary

As a Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play an essential role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent for a variety of open positions. You'll communicate with candidates, conduct initial phone screenings, evaluate qualifications, and help move qualified applicants through the hiring process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or people operations while working from home.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective candidates through outbound calls and follow-up communication.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interest.
• Explain job opportunities, company expectations, and hiring processes.
• Recommend qualified candidates for the next stage of the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiting and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Meet daily outreach, screening, and scheduling goals.
• Assist with additional recruiting and talent acquisition activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Reliable computer, mobile device, primary and backup internet connection, and stable electricity.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidate conversations simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a remote environment.
• Previous recruiting, customer service, HR, sales, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
