Summary

We are seeking a motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify qualified candidates, conduct phone screenings, and support hiring initiatives across multiple departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in talent acquisition while working entirely from home.

You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience from the very first conversation.

Responsibilities

• Screen prospective candidates through outbound phone calls.
• Discuss available opportunities and company expectations.
• Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
• Schedule interviews with recruiting staff.
• Update applicant records within the CRM.
• Meet daily screening and scheduling KPIs.
• Attend virtual recruiting meetings and coaching sessions.
• Support ongoing hiring campaigns.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate candidates objectively.
• Comfortable using CRM and recruiting software.
• Reliable home office setup.
• Previous talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, staffing, or customer service experience is beneficial.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
