Remote Travel and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Remote Travel and Marketing Coordinator to support clients with travel planning while assisting with digital marketing initiatives that help promote travel services. This role combines customer service, organization, and creative communication to help clients plan memorable vacations and maintain an engaging online presence.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using online tools to communicate, organize information, and support marketing efforts.

• Assist clients with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages
• Prepare travel quotes, itineraries, and reservation details based on client preferences
• Respond to client inquiries professionally via phone, email, and virtual communication platforms
• Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
• Help create and schedule digital marketing content for social media, email campaigns, and online promotions
• Maintain accurate client records and organize travel documentation
• Monitor customer communications and provide exceptional service throughout the travel planning process

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with basic computer skills, including email, internet research, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Comfortable using social media and online communication platforms

• Customer service, hospitality, marketing, administrative, or travel-related experience is helpful but not required
